About the Founder
Joram Adap Gyamar, a pioneer in the beauty industry since 2002 is the driving force behind Joram Adap Academy. She began her remarkable journey in the beauty industry with a deep passion for the art and science of beauty. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in the extensive and diverse training she has pursued over the years.
Her formal education began at the National Skill Training Institute for Women, Kolkata, where she earned a Diploma in Hair, Skin, Makeup and Salon Management. She further specialized with a Diploma in Skin Science from the Clara International Academy, Kolkata, and deepened her expertise in hair through the Hair Science and Colour Key Series from the L’OréalAcademy, New Delhi.
To enhance her artistry and technical skills, she completed a Master’s Certification in Hair Design at the Jawed Habib Academy, Kolkata, and pursued an Aesthetic Course at the Institute for Cosmetology, Aesthetic & Laser Science (ICAL), Pune. She is also trained in Nail Extension, Nail Art, and Nail Spa techniques at the Nail Spa Academy, Delhi, ensuring a well-rounded foundation in beauty services.
Driven by her passion to remain at the cutting edge of the industry, she attended the prestigious Toni & Guy Academy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she completed an Advanced Course in Creative Hair Cutting and Colouring. Her journey also led her to Bangkok Beauty Academy, Thailand, where she earned a Master Certification in Semi-Permanent Makeup.
Throughout her career, she has continuously updated her skills by attending numerous national and international seminars and workshops, ensuring she remains ahead of global trends and techniques.
Today, Joram Adap Gyamar brings this depth of experience to her academy, guiding, mentoring and inspiring the next generation of beauty professionals. Her dedication to excellence, global exposure and genuine love for the craft form the foundation of Joram Adap Academy’scommitment to world-class education and professional growth.
